Flower Encyclopedia

Our brides always ask us about flower availability for any particular month. While we have a general idea and most popular wedding flowers are easily obtainable from sources like Ecuador and Holland, your florist is truly the best person to talk to.

If you're curious in figuring it out yourself, the California Cut Flower Commission has recently updated their Flower Encyclopedia! Here you can search by flower name to see when it peaks or you can enter the month of interest to see what's readily available. Then, click on the name to learn more about the flower and see photos. I just spent about 45 minutes on the site brushing up on my floral know-how but you could easily spend hours sorting through all the information they have.
